Our class comes form all over the world because we are an international school. We have students from China, Korea, Denmark, England, France, the Netherlands and Hong Kong. Our teachers come from New Zealand and China. Mrs Ballantyne and Miss Lu share the class. Mrs Ballantyne teaches in English and Miss Lu teaches in Chinese so we learn two new languages. Only one person knew English before coming to our school! Everyone made a booklet researching their country: including favourite recipes, interesting facts, the coat of arms, the flag, the leaders, dangerous animals and landmarks.

England has a poisonous snake, Korea has a rare white tiger, Holland has a wolf, Hong Kong has some wild bad people, and China has tigers and snakes.

Hi, I am Mrs Ballantyne's sister from New Zealand. I really like the map with all the arrows and comments about where everybody comes from. I have visited Hong Kong and Taiwan and hope to visit Korea and China some day. Your work is very good.
